A CALL OUT TO ANYONE WITH A VAN, or A VAN COMPANY!! We are heading North of WA in September to deliver mental health workshops to remote communities in hopes to increase support seeking behaviours. However, I need a vessel. I need some way to travel around from town to town, sleep, cook, and call home. Please reach out or tag any companies that might be willing to sponsor this mission. Without it, it won’t be possible 🩷🩷🩷. (Ps. No one responds to my emails so this is my alternate route)

Gymnastics is one of the few sports that has other people judging you on how perfect you are, and on the skills you successfully complete to decide whether you’re ā€˜good enough’. Naturally, my brain developed the understanding that this was a normal way to live, and that the opinions of others define your worth. There was no such things as self-validation.

My early adulthood has been developing a sense of self-worth, and internal validation… a journey of understanding that I am worthy, no matter what I’m achieving, and life isn’t about being perfect.
