We had the absolute pleasure working alongside Sage Counselling Services in the past few months to focus on our work-life-balance, culture building, and stress management! We decided to get in a mental health OT to help our individual and organisational health in a practical and healthy way.
Working in individual and group sessions, our team was able to put a focus on themselves and where their individual and work priorities lay in their lives, looking at healthy and positive coping mechanisms and communication techniques.
We couldn't recommend Sage Counselling Services more for their guidance in organisational Occupational Therapy😊🌿
Lately we have really enjoyed and had the privilege of working in the Organisational OT space with this great company. We provided culture building, stress management and practical work-life balance interventions, through group and individual in-house contact. We're so thankful for positive feedback (and obviously happy faces :) ) and believe in the value of OT in this space.
