A message from one of our community members this week:

"Thank you to Cana Communities. I have been sick and on a waiting list for surgery. It has been difficult to walk, pick things up or carry anything for myself. I don't have family around, and the loss of my independence has been hard. Tonight I came home after the Cana circle and a marvellous Moroccan-style meal, had a nap with a full belly, and then woke up reaching for a pen, wanting to draw for the first time in over a year. Thank you Cana, Mauz and Allison for just being you."
