Reflection.

At this mid-part of the year, I’ve been in deep reflection.

Reflecting on the fact that we’re over half way through this year. How is that even possible??

Also reflecting on where I am now. My identity, how that relates to the roles I’m currently in, both within motherhood and outside of it; my journey through matresence, secondary infertility and now at this point in my life where I find myself at a bit of an unexpected crossroad.

In addition to my self reflection, I’ve had so many of you recently reach out and ask about my teachings and my work. Thank you for that! In my role as a full time mum, my work and creativity have taken a bit of a back seat so it was so lovely to reconnect with you and a timely reminder of who I am outside of being “mum”🙏

And so I’ve been reflecting on how I can teach and work in a way that aligns with my family’s values (and our still sleep deprived and FIFO timetable).

I’m still figuring that out and am looking forward to sharing more of what that looks like with you very soon.

In the meantime, I’ll be sharing more of my own learnings from these last few years, particularly those relating to life’s major transitions, mental health, identity, values, matresence, infertility, pregnancy loss, and trauma-informed practices to support all of the above and more.
