The Centre for Women’s Safety and Wellbeing is seeking an exceptional Executive Director to establish and lead the new Family and Domestic Violence Workforce Entity - a major statewide initiative to strengthen workforce capability, improve development systems and support the delivery of key FDV reforms across WA.

In this role, you will:
✨ Provide strategic leadership, governance reporting and oversight of performance, risk and accountability
✨ Build high-trust partnerships across government, peak bodies, ACCOs, training providers, research and community services
✨ Lead a multidisciplinary team and drive high-quality, evidence-informed workforce initiatives
✨ Oversee sustainable operations including budget management, compliance and organisational systems
✨ Champion culturally responsive, trauma-informed and collaborative ways of working
