Offshore today

It was great. Know what schools are doing … what and thru out the day a very steady Snapper being landed on jigs or a strip of mullet. Was getting close to five snapper per strip of mullet.
Pinks range from just size to absolute crackers with one that on reflection probably was a meter long (Fisheries note release was more important than a measure/ photo - so ready for another trip to the interview room😵‍💫)

Anyway when you can just get out there and fish hard

If you don’t know West Coast FTOL holders have been called to Hillarys fisheries building this morning.
I hope to report back that the process has been halted while a better model than just 21 holders from the 99 licenses that can continue to fish after the 01 July.

My bet is a sh*tfight with nothing new and we all need to pull our heads in as it’s our fault as we didn’t “rape and pillage”

Reminds me of a call to the headmasters office.
