✔️Consistent Skill Drills: Athletes dedicate hours to repetitive, focused exercises. Leadership training should shift towards practising specific scenarios like tough conversations or crises in the boardroom, rather than just covering theoretical concepts.

✔️Simulation and Rehearsal: Athletes use this to visualise every aspect of a successful outcome. Leaders can do the same by rehearsing difficult conversations or presentations to ease anxiety and boost confidence.

✔️Training under Pressure: Athletes don’t only train in ideal conditions; they simulate game-day stress to develop muscle memory. Similarly, in business, roleplaying high stakes conversations beforehand can prepare leaders better

✔️Learning from Failures: Athletes, see failures as feedback rather than final judgments. Leaders should treat setbacks as valuable data points for growth rather than personal failures.
