PART TIME: PRIMARY SCHOOL CHESS COACH WANTED with chess rating 1600+ $80-90per hr

Part time chess coaches are required to teach chess to children from years 2 to 6. Classes are starting early February and run for 9-10 weeks each term. Pay to be negotiated.

There are a number of classes available in different locations so more
than one coach may be needed. There is some flexibility in class schedules but most are Thursday and Friday at this stage.

The classes are before school, 7.30, lunchtime, and straight after school at 3pm.
Applicants would need to be 18 years or over, have a 1600+ rating and
have or can acquire, a current Working with Children Card and police clearance.
A good teacher can control a class whilst delivering an interesting and informative lesson.

The classes would ideally suit: university students or persons seeking part time employment during the school term. Current club locations are Bayswater, South Perth, Floreat, Cottesloe area.

The classes run for a duration of one hour and consists of a 25min chess lesson followed by supervision and instruction while the children play games.
Training will be provided. Teacher will need ABN (you can apply online)
