Today we celebrate an incredible milestone for one of the true personalities of the REHS team — Cathy McMenamin reaching her 5-year anniversary with Red Earth Health Solutions! 🥂

From the moment Cathy walks into the office, you know about it… usually thanks to that unmistakable crazy Irish accent echoing down the hallway 😂☘️

Over the last five years, Cathy has become the heart and soul of our people and culture space — bringing energy, laughter, support, and plenty of craic to the workplace every single day. Whether she’s helping staff navigate all things HR, checking in on the team, or lifting spirits with her happy and bubbly personality, Cathy has a way of making everyone feel welcome and valued.

As our unofficial “People Ambassador”, Cathy brings more than just HR knowledge to the business — she brings warmth, connection, humour, and a genuine care for our people that makes REHS what it is today.

Thank you Cathy for five amazing years of dedication, laughs, support, and keeping us all entertained along the way. We honestly wouldn’t have it any other way 💙

Her commitment is especially evident in the countless volunteer hours she spends in remote areas, supporting remote medical teams and emergency first responders. In environments where resources can be limited and challenges are significant, Sue steps forward — investing her time, expertise, and energy to ensure others are better prepared, better supported, and safer.

Her leadership and impact extend well beyond the WA mining sector and now reach internationally, influencing best practice and strengthening emergency response capability on a global scale.
