Medical Training Solutions offers post-graduate short courses to upskill doctors, nurses, paramedics, and allied health professionals. We are a small, supportive team seeking one full-time or two part-time enthusiastic training facilitators to be involved in course delivery and coordination. Courses include but not limited to, the ARC accredited Advanced Life Support (ALS) 1 & 2, CPR and Intravenous cannulation. The position is covered by the Educational Services (Post Secondary Education) Award 2024 and paid above award rate.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
• AHPRA registration as a Doctor, Registered Nurse, or Paramedic
• 3 years or more acute clinical experience
• Critical Care specialty area - preferred
• ARC Accredited ALS1 and/or ALS2 instructor certification
• At least one year of relevant healthcare education/training experience, including course development and design
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines reliably
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information

This role involves:
• Teaching courses within the MTS suite of courses on offer: ALS1, ALS2, PIVC, CPR and others
• Occasional travel to regional areas and outer Perth metropolitan locations to deliver training
• Flexibility with working days & hours, including occasional weekends
• Day to day operations, planning and coordinating the training activities.
• Involved with the educational development, supervision and delivery of medical training activities
• Maintaining the training calendar
• Equipment and supplies procurement
• Ensuring a positive workplace and learning environment.
