The event provided a valuable opportunity to connect with industry leaders, suppliers, customers and partners from across the country, while exploring the latest developments shaping the future of the water sector.

🏆Congratulations to Sam Hayres on receiving the Trainee Safety Award through the Defence Industry Pathways Program (DIPP).

Sam completed part of his 12-month traineeship with Dobbie as a host employer, where he demonstrated a strong commitment to workplace health and safety and contributed to improving our WHS systems and practices.

We were so impressed with Sam's attitude, dedication and professionalism that we offered him a full-time position as HSEQ Coordinator, which he accepted.

This award is a well deserved recognition of the qualities we saw firsthand.
