NAIDOC Week 2026 🖤💛❤️

From 5 to 12 July, we celebrate NAIDOC Week and mark 50 years of recognising and celebrating the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This year's theme, 50 Years of Deadly, honours the strength, resilience and achievements of First Nations peoples over the past five decades, while celebrating the Elders, communities, leaders and advocates who continue to shape the future.

NAIDOC Week is an opportunity for all Australians to learn more about the world's oldest continuing cultures and take part in local celebrations across the country.

At Midalia Steel, we are proud to stand with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and celebrate their contributions to our business, our industry and our communities.

At Midalia Steel, community has always been at the heart of what we do, which is why we're proud to be supporting Kelpies for Kids 💙🐶

This charity deeply resonates with our Mmmates at Midalia as we understand the challenges that come with travelling from regional communities to Perth so children can access vital medical treatment.

We were at the kelpies for kids muster this weekend in Perth, to celebrate community, connect with people, and have a bit of fun while supporting a cause that means so much to so many.

We were so happy to attend and help make a difference for WA families💙

This Men’s Health Week, we’re encouraging our Mmmmates to have conversations that matter 🫂

Looking after your health isn’t just about physical fitness, it’s about mental wellbeing, connection, and taking time to check in with yourself and those around you. A simple conversation can make a big difference, whether it’s reaching out to a mate, booking a health check, or taking a moment to prioritise your wellbeing, every step counts 💙🚶‍♂️

Let’s continue to support and encourage the men in our lives to speak up, seek support when needed, and make their health a priority 💪
