Main scope -
Removed existing walls and ceilings.
Supply and install all joinery with stone bench tops and splash backs.
Electrical pre wire and fit off.
External range hood motor mounted.
New walls, cavity slider leading into pantry, new cornice.

Still chipping away in Coolbinia for repeat customer, finishing off their outdoor area with new joinery. Grateful for customers like this 🤝🤝

Coolbinia Renovation 💥

Had the opportunity to work on this beautiful home in Coolbinia, and modernising it with some heritage features.

Old fibreglass strapped ceilings removed and replaced with modern materials, matching and replacing the original cornices.

Media wall, with inbuilt niches with v groove panelling on the backs, LED lighting built it to the shelving.

2 pac painted shelves and joinery.

Walk in robe joinery, linen press joinery.

Half height wall panelling with dado rail throughout.

Pivot door to WIR.

Mantle 2 pac painted with stone on top and under.

Mount Lawley extension / patio ready for paint and electrical 🤝🤝🤝
