Ever wondered how ProbeLogic repairs a damaged ultrasound lens?
The answer might surprise you...a Revolver. And no, not the kind made famous by Dirty Harry. Our Revolver is a precision-engineered system designed specifically for probes with convex lenses.
Depending on the size of the array, one of three Revolver configurations is selected. The probe is then aligned against the target rings.
Once mounted, a specialised lens material is applied over the exposed array. The Revolver is then activated, and a programmed sequence precisely controls the motion to match the exact probe model. The result? A remarkably accurate and consistent lens rebuild.
And here’s the final twist: the Revolver itself is designed and manufactured by ProbeLogic in house in our Perth facility.
