PCM GROUP is pleased to welcome Narayan as our new Regional Operations Manager for Western Australia.
Narayan brings over 18 years of industry experience, having started his career as a Water Blaster before upskilling in industrial coatings and blasting. He has since progressed into supervisory and senior leadership roles, with extensive experience across the oil, gas, and mining sectors.
He is particularly drawn to the diversity of people and the broad scope the industry offers. Looking ahead to 2026, Narayan is focused on expanding PCM’s presence across the greater Western Australian region. With a strong emphasis on process development, he is committed to collaborating with key stakeholders to drive strategic efficiencies and support the continued growth of our client portfolio.
In his spare time, you will find Narayan racing mountain bikes with his son.
