I first met Terry and Jenny back in 2020 while I was selling Shutter House by (79A Lake Monger Drive). In 2021, I reached out to Terry and Jenny again as their home, Booth House, was beginning to take shape. Since then, we’ve kept in contact throughout the process.

Along the way there have been some really memorable moments — including hosting at the house — and now seeing Booth House officially under offer feels like a full circle moment.

Real estate is rarely just about a transaction. The best outcomes are often built over time through trust, shared vision, and staying connected long after the first conversation. These are the kinds of relationships that make this work so rewarding.

I’m incredibly excited for Terry and Jenny (and pups) as they move into their next chapter and begin designing another very special home 🤩. Grateful to have played a part in their journey and looking forward to the next chapter!
