A check in from our foster carers looking after both Looma and Jiwarra.

Both are recovering very well with appetite and energy back in force.

Jiwarra is proving to be a calculating and adept escape artist kn the making, trying to jump, dig, bodyslam, and then collapsing her playpen for two daring escapes through the house.

Looma is a water baby, loving of the cuddles, happy to both be given attention and left to play and rest independently, nothing is more exciting than the mini pool in her play pen, AKA, her water bowl

An update about our girls Jiwarra and Looma ✨🐾 Firstly I would like to start off by saying WOW
What an effort.

Matt, Kayla and family - thank you, without you guys we wouldn’t have been able to assist at all, Jarrah is the luckiest boy to have such an amazing and wonderful family.

To Nicholas, we will forever be grateful to have had you onboard, not only as a driver, but your veterinary experience and knowledge was the best asset we could’ve had in that moment 🫶🏻

From 5:30pm on Wednesday until 6:40am on Friday we were constantly on the road or on the move, no actual sleep, no cell reception at times, we powered through to make sure that Jiwarra got the care she needed back in Perth.

Perth > Geraldton
Geraldton > Carnarvon
Carnarvon > Karratha
And back. What an unforgettable chaotic trip.

Upon arrival back in Perth Jiwarra was admitted to Swan Vet Hospital - Midvale where she remained until discharge today as we were slightly concerned with the Parvo, how flat she was and her not eating but with the correct medication she was on the up and up and thankfully discharged with a funky bright attitude to match today!
