If there's one value that truly defines FVC, it's ‘Team’.

Team is the third of our three core values at FVC, but it’s the one that we all hold in the highest regard. There isn’t one single element, feature or aspect of our business that is more important than our team.

From our beginnings as a husband-and-wife duo to a strong and skilled crew of 18, ‘Team’ has always been more than a word, it’s a way of working, supporting, and showing up for each other.

We don’t just collaborate, we share knowledge, check-in, lift each other up and celebrate the wins.

We’ve built a culture where asking for help is encouraged, laughing together comes naturally, and where no one is left behind, whether in the bush, behind a report, or navigating a tight project deadline.

It’s this sense of team that’s helped us grow sustainably, maintain high standards, and have fun along the way. We all know that any FVCian will rally around to help, no matter who they are, or what their skill set or role is. Our team is what enables us to take on projects that matter, all while enjoying the ride together.
