Why go through months on end dieting, in a caloric deficit, skipping on social events, isolating yourself?
People who are serious about making a change or working on themselves will do whatever it takes, make the sacrifices needed in order to stay focused and distraction free.
The mind is easily deterred from the task at hand if put in a position of influence.
Surround yourself with positive sources of inspiration and ideas. Not to say you have to cut off communication with family and friends. But no one can truly understand the internal struggle and temptation you fight on the daily.
You are doing this for YOU, to live a long, healthier life ππ» also ultimately to stick around a while longer for the ones that matter most to you.

12+ years of training,
for me longevity was always my ultimate pursuit in life. Being able to live a long and healthy lifestyle to ensure not a moment goes to waste.
31 now and no sign of slowing down! Can proudly say Iβve remained enhancement free, although the industry has normalised steroid use these days, each to their own but Iβll keep on the grind.πͺπΌ
Stop making bulls**t excuses. Take ownership of your circumstances and thrive.
