I recently had the pleasure of crawling underneath a client's house to remove faulty/dangerous VIR cabling and rewire it with delicious new cabling.
Don't feel bad for me, I chose this life.

Hello fellow human beings! Luke here, L*D Electrics. It's been a minute or two since my last post so I thought it was time for another.
While installing a power point at a client's house recently I came across some rather old, dangerous and outdated electrical wiring. The original cable that was used was black in colour but had deteriorated and started to disintegrate over time, leaving behind exposed wire (one of the many reasons why roofspaces should be isolated before entering) and had become a big ole fire hazard. Thankfully I spotted this and set about removing/rewiring the roofspace to make it safe again.
