Oversoul Studio

Last May this beautiful little studio dropped into my life after asking the universe for a space to hold my vision of healing, growth and community 🌿

At the time, I knew I was being called to create something. But I had no long term plan or any idea of what would unfold over the following twelve months. I just knew that when this space appeared, I had to say yes ✨

Since then, Oversoul Studio has become so much more than a physical space. It is a place where people have come to heal, learn, connect, rest, grow and remember who they are.
It has held Reiki trainings, healing sessions, ceremonies, yoga practices, meditations, sound baths and countless conversations that have stayed with me long after the people have left 🤍

What you may not know is that while the studio was growing, I was navigating an extremely challenging year in my own life. Between being a single mum, running a business and moving through cancer treatment, there were many moments when I felt stretched in every direction, was utterly exhausted and had days when I questioned myself and wondered how I would continue to hold everything that needed holding.

Yet somehow, every time I needed a reminder, one seemed to arrive. A new client would book a session, someone would reach out with a kind message, an event would book out or a conversation with a client would remind me why I started on this path in the first place.
The right people continued to find their way here and this beautiful community began to grow 🙌🏼

As Oversoul Studio turns one, I've been reflecting on how much can change in a year and what can unfold when we trust ourselves enough to take the next step, even when we can't see where the path is leading ✨

Thank you to every person who has supported this space by attending an event, booking a session, hiring the studio, trained with me or simply followed along from afar 🤍

And now, as we prepare to expand into a second therapy room, I feel excited for what lies ahead and deeply grateful for everything that has brought us here.
