Back in 2022, Luke was told by a couple of builders to "call back when you're ready." Instead, we had an info session—not for an immediate build, but to set him up with the right financial steps to move forward when the time was right.

Fast forward three years, and he’s now building an incredible 4x2 with a theatre on 500m²+, featuring a stunning display home spec (all for $150k under the median house price for the area)—this time with his lovely partner, Janelle!
