After a little bit of seafood? Meet a couple of heroes from our new menu! Salmon crudo with squid ink aioli a perfect pairing of some subtle and punchy flavours, and some octopus skewers with romesco for a more Mediterranean flair.

Join us on the 29th of November for a pairing of 5 of some of Australia's finest whiskey with a feast of some kick-ass Australian food.

You'll be treated to canape's and cocktail on arrival, then grab a seat for a three course dining experience with three matched STARWARD whiskeys. Finish the night off with another complimentary cocktail while you relax on our rooftop or in our main bar area. Arrival at 5pm with the dining experience to commence at 6pm.

What's included:
Drinks:
2 cocktails and a flight of 3 Starward whiskeys. The full core range will be included on the night: Two Fold, Solera, Nova, 100 Proof and Honeycomb. There will be some special Starward cocktails and limited edition Starward Ruby will be available to purchase on the night.

Food:
Canape's on arrival, then a 3 course dining experience featuring native Australian ingredients. Think whiskey cured salmon with finger lime, wild boar skewers, cold smoked kangaroo fillet with whiskey and beetroot jam and chocolate and whiskey panna cotta with strawberry gum coulis. The full menu will be revealed on the night, it's nice to have a little surprise.
