Congratulation we have received DA approval for this group dwellings development.

The project presents to the street with a simple modern facade using an alternating neutral monochrome colour scheme made of greys and white. Providing new visual interest and a more modern look to the sites prominent street corner. Using green patches sprinkled throughout the common space driveway, adding visual appeal, and a soft touch to bring life to a utilitarian space. Special care was taken with the east facing facade, designed to greet and interact symbiotically and naturally with the planned future development of the adjacent block.

Internally the units are efficient each with a fully enclosed single garage including store. Connecting directly to a generous modern open space living, dining, and kitchen space. Transitioning seamlessly onto their own private alfresco space with dedicated green planting space. To create a relaxing homely space fit for gathering and entertaining.

The first-floor houses three bedrooms and two-bathroom spaces connected by a central landing. With one room the master with its own walk-in robe and ensuite and the other two rooms including built in robes.

Congratulation we have received Building permit approval. Cannot wait for construction siting.

This project is located near swan lake and consists of 4 luxurious two storey units featuring 3 x 3 units, an alfresco, double garage, and a dedicated storage. The outdoor green spaces not only improve the environmental conditions but also provides a place for social interaction.

By unit 1, it has a perfect user experience, and the large unique roof top garden that overlook to the lake. It provides users with a scenic view and a space for gatherings. Each unit has a large communal space on the first floor, which gives inhabitants a perfect experience of home. Living, dining, and kitchen are closely linked to provide better services for inhabitants. Warm wooden floors and feature walls bring indoors a unique family atmosphere. The second floor is mainly a private space. The three extra-large bedrooms have unique lake views and separate cloakrooms. The master bedroom has the most distinctive luxury interior design with ensuite to meet client’s requirement. Units 1 and 2 also have void balconies where different plants can be planted according to inhabitant’s’ preferences, bringing elements of life, and bringing different elements to the block. The overall structure is of brick wall. The external façade design mainly includes modern timber cladding with feature wall and slate cladding bringing modern looks in the design.
