POST NATAL PILATES

Bookings have opened for the next 6 week block of Post Natal Pilates.

Classes are designed to help you regain your strength and fitness with a focus on posture, muscles and joints that are compromised during pregnancy and with carrying and feeding your baby.

It is open to all women who have been cleared to exercise by their health care professional.

Baby minding services are available free of charge for children under 1 year of age.
