We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we gather, the Whadjuk people of Noongar Boodjar. We recognise their continued connection to the land and waters of this beautiful place and acknowledge that they never ceded sovereignty. We respect all Whadjuk Elders and Ancestors, and any First Nations people here today.”

New logo looks great and we'll done WATRL. 🇹🇴

🇦🇺🇹🇴Western Australia Tonga Rugby League🇹🇴🇦🇺

Our logo is more than a design - it’s our identity, our culture, our purpose.

🔴⚪ Red & White represent our Tongan heritage.
🟡⚫ Yellow & Black represent Western Australia, the land we proudly stand on.

The three chevrons stand for our core values:

❤️Faka‘apa‘apa (Respect)
❤️Loto tō (Humility)
❤️Tauhi vā (Relationships)

They remind us to honour our culture, stay grounded and protect the bonds that unite us, on and off the field. Their upward direction represents growth, ambition and a future built on strong foundations.

👑At the centre, the crown represents our monarchy, leadership, and heritage. Reminding us that wearing this logo is a privilege, not a right.

This is more than a logo.
This is our story.
This is our pride.
This is WATRL.

Tapu tukulolo - in God we trust 🙌🏾

As we mark ANZAC Day, we honour all who served, past and present, and the families who carried the weight of their sacrifice. Our community remembers their bravery with gratitude and respect.
Lest we forget. 🙏❤️
