Infinite Breathwork

♾ In each session there is a component of sharing before and after breathing. Something I value from this practice is how open and vulnerable people are willing to be in a room of strangers… and from that comes growth and healing too.

In my own journey I have found so much strength and relatability through sharing my story. A story that I suppressed not only from others but also myself for a long time. Some of the deepest and most genuine connections I’ve experienced have been through vulnerability and I now appreciate these conversations so much with people. The world is full of superficial surface value stuff. Connection and authenticity is pivotal.

From breath with love, inspired by the courage of those i’ve been fortunate to share space with, who not only held it for me but for I, them and with each share coming purely from the heart.

Our breath leads us there.
