21 Years following and learning about the quantum field, with Dr. Joe Dispenza.

I’ve been following Dr. Joe’s work since 2004. Anyone remember “What the Bleep”?

That’s where my exploration of the metaphysical sciences began.

Where science and spiritually meet: My meditation practice has been far from perfect. I’ve dipped in, fallen out, and found my way back again.

But every single time I return, I remember exactly why.

What inspires me most isn’t just his lifes work (as if thats not enough!) Changing people’s lives all over the world teaching us all to self-heal.

It’s the discipline and devotion he has lived for decades.

He has built a team, evolved his research dramatically, profoundly deepened his practice, and built a global community around transformation.

To me, that’s not just personal spiritual mastery - it’s entrepreneurial innovation powered by intention, heart and vision.

When I start my day with one of his meditations, everything shifts. Instead of racing into chaos and trying to find calm later, I begin in alignment, gratitude, and joy.

And that changes the way the whole day flows.

Some people might call this kind of devotion obsessive. I agree.

In business, in life it is what separates the ordinary from extraordinary.

I’m so grateful to still be here, 21 years later, part of the ripple effect of possibility he’s creating across the world.
