That's a wrap for this fortnights classes! 😁
Thankyou so much for everyone attending the classes, it was great to see you all and see/meet some new faces that attended xx

We had a great turnout to the yoga class on Monday, and we added a few new stretches into the mix 🧘‍♀️

And we had a really good circuit class this evening adding a new exercise with a twist which was a lot of fun, the ladies approved of that one, but not so much for the battlerope one 😂 You ladies smashed it! 💪

Next upcoming classes are:
Monday 8th June Yoga. 5:30-6:30pm
Tuesdat 9th June Step Aerobics 5:30-6:30pm
