Last night, 17 people gathered for the very first A Loud Silence.

To everyone who came, thank you.

Thank you for trusting me, especially those who have never met me before. Thank you for taking an hour out of your lives to slow down, rest and simply be.

A Loud Silence began with a broken single mom trying to survive life, and someone who never imagine working with sound, let alone hosting sessions for other people.

So standing in front of a room full of people last night fell both surreal and deeply humbling.

It wasn’t perfect. I was nervous, and there is so much for me to learn. But what stayed with me afterwards were the conversations, the kindness, the shared silence, and the reminder that none of us are meant to carry everything alone.

Thank you for being part of the beginning ❤️

Seriously though… maybe what people are truly craving now isn’t perfection or efficiency.
Maybe it’s presence.
Kindness.
Eye contact.
Laughter with strangers.
Helping someone when they’re struggling.
Actually feeling something.

Realistically… life gets loud 😂

Work. Notifications. Stress. Overthinking.
Trying to hold everything together all the time.
A Loud Silence started because I needed somewhere to breathe too.

No pressure to be spiritual.
No pressure to “fix yourself.”
Just space to pause, reset, and feel human again ❤️

OK, it’s not every day you can do a sound bath at work - but at least allow yourself a time to pause, catch your breath before life goes on ❤️
