That’s one of the things we love most about Frank’s. It’s a gym where all of those things can exist at once serious training, good coaching, strongman toys, a bit of chaos, and a genuinely good community.

And somewhere in the middle of it all, usually, is Frank 🐾

Yesterday was a pretty special reminder of what Frank’s is really about 💛

Not just the lifts.
Not just the equipment.
Not just the strongman toys, the comps, or the training.

The people.
The laughter.
The atmosphere.
The moments in between.
The feeling of a gym full of good humans just enjoying being there together.

Watching the place full, seeing people having fun, cheering each other on, sharing food, trying things, laughing, and just being part of it all… it meant a lot.

Three years ago, Frank’s was just an idea, a name, and a hope that we could build something that felt different.
Yesterday felt like a really beautiful reminder that we did.
