Have you EVER tried to report a lost or stolen trolley?
How hard do they have to make it?
Calls to 1800 number, hanging on the phone waiting for the 'right department', online forms that you're not even sure they get, needing an app you've not heard of - nor do you want on your phone, store locator contact details to find the store you *think* it could have come from.... the frustration is very real!

But if you've never reported a trolley - or wouldn't know how, just check out this link that shows just how many different ways the retailers here in Australia have to report one of their trolleys --> https://qrlostnotification.com/report-abandoned-shopping-trolley/

It's worse if you come across a trolley wasteland and have to report multiple trolleys to multiple stores! I mean - why would you even bother - am I right! How can you be a good citizen with all these barriers in the way?

What if there was a better way! WAIT!!! THERE IS!!!

We developed a QR tag, that when the trolleys have escaped the shopping boundry, all you need to do is just scan the QR code with your phone, submit and the retailer knows instantly the exact location so they can come and pick it up! Simple!

Why do we care about abandoned and lost shopping trolley's?

♻️Environmental Impact: Abandoned trolleys often end up in waterways, parks, and other natural habitats. Reporting them helps protect the environment.

🛝Community Aesthetics: Nobody likes a messy neighborhood. Abandoned trolleys are an eyesore that can devalue property and degrade the quality of life in a community.

🦺Safety Concerns: Left unattended, trolleys can become hazards on roads and sidewalks, posing risks to drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians.

🪫Resource Drain: Retailers spend significant amounts of money retrieving lost trolleys. Those costs are often passed on to consumers in the form of higher prices.

👉Civic Responsibility: Reporting is a simple act of community service. It fosters a sense of shared responsibility and community well-being.

So, next time you see a stray trolley, remember: a quick report can make a big difference!
