About the Role
As a member of our service team, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and professional dining experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth service during dinner shifts and supporting the team in maintaining our high standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring accurate service
Providing menu recommendations and wine pairing suggestions when needed
Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to deliver timely service
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
Handling payments and end-of-shift duties
Upholding Acqua e Sale’s service standards and contributing to a positive team environment

Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar waiter/waitress role (preferably in a busy restaurant environment)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
Good knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines (advantageous)
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Hold RSA certificate
Commitment to stay a minimum of 6 months

This is a full-time position in a fun, dynamic, and fast-paced kitchen environment.

We’re seeking a candidate with:

Acqua e Sale Sardinian restaurant in the heart of North Perth is looking for casual waiter. Work environment is fun but also busy and fast paced.
Acqua e Sale restaurant recently won some major awards within restaurant and catering industry. With the major acknowledgements of best Italian restaurant in Australia, and best casual dining in WA. We tend to keep these standard up and therefore, it is essential that the candidate has minimum of 2 years of previous experience at a restaurant as a waiter. We are looking for someone with:

* ability to not just take orders, but interact with customers and have the ability to upsell items;
* Have the ability and knowledge to provide excellent service, paying a lot of attention to detail;
* Be charismatic person;
* good working ethics and attitude;
* good adaptability skills;
* ability to learn fast and work under command;
* ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment;
* MINIMUM of 2 years of experience as a waiter.
* The person must be available on Friday and Saturday, and during busy summer season. Please do not contact us if you are traveling and are not planing to stay working for at least 6months.
