We’re proud to partner with the Clontarf Foundation in support of the Carnarvon Clontarf Academy, a school‑based program helping Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander boys stay engaged in education and build positive pathways beyond school.

Based at Carnarvon Community College, the Academy supports students from Year 4 to Year 12 through mentoring, leadership development, and practical support that encourages regular attendance, confidence, and connection to school.

This partnership reflects our commitment to backing programs that deliver real outcomes for young people and strengthen the communities where we operate.

It was great to spend time on the ground at Carnarvon Community College last week as part of our partnership with Polly Farmer Foundation.

Our Operations Manager Lake MacLeod, Elisa Andreoli, attended the Program Operations Group meeting on 25 February, connecting with educators and program leaders who help deliver the Follow the Dream program in Carnarvon.

These moments matter. Being present, listening and learning alongside schools and community partners helps ensure our support continues to make a meaningful difference for local students.

We’re proud to announce our new partnership with Polly Farmer Foundation in support of the Follow the Dream program in Carnarvon, supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in Carnarvon through after‑school academic enrichment and mentoring.

This three-year partnership is focused on creating opportunities, building confidence, and helping young people stay engaged in school and pursue their future goals.

The partnership reflects our commitment to meaningful community engagement and aligns with our vision to create long-term, sustainable outcomes in the regions where we operate.

We are excited to welcome our very first Vacation Students to Leichhardt, Regan and Raj. Regan will be working with our Finance Team to gain real-world experience, while Raj will work with our Perth engineers to learn about a behind the scenes lens of engineering.

Both students are originally from Carnarvon and are currently completing their university studies in Perth. We’re proud to support their growth and development as they gain valuable industry experience.
