CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK!

We are going to work with some of the barriers that you may have and change some of our habits.

Pick one thing you’d like to do more or less of. E.g. being too sedentary... eating a whole block of chocolate in one sitting multiple times a week... drinking alcohol every night...and so on

Choose ONE ☝🏽 and set yourself a goal this week to make beneficial changes!

Examples:
If you don’t move enough - set a goal to
Move every hour.. go get a coffee, stretch your legs... great for the mind too!

If you eat a block of chocolate every night.. cut back to half a block - less calories than the previous week = calorie deficit = weight loss! πŸ₯³

If you drink 7 days a week... try cutting back to 4 days!

Making small gradual changes will help you create big changes in the long term. πŸ’ͺ🏽 It will make a difference, we promise!
