CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE ‼️

You may have already noticed but we have updated our cancellation policy.

What this looks like:
- More than 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling - No fee charged
- Less than 24 hours notice provided for cancelling or rescheduling - $50 late cancellation fee charged.
- Less than 2 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling, missed appointments or arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment - 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.

We encourage you to contact us via phone or email during business hours with as much notice as possible to avoid paying a late cancellation fee. Outside of business hours, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

While we understand unexpected circumstances can pop up and we try to be as accomodating as possible, providing short notice means we can’t always offer that time slot to another patient waiting for care.

This policy allows our clinic to continue providing quality care. Thank you for understanding.
