As we reflect on the projects that brought us to $1 billion in capital deployed earlier this year, La Vue Apartments in Balmoral, Queensland stands out.
In November 2024, two of Dorado’s long-standing borrowers, now joint development partners received approval for their largest project to date: a four-storey luxury development comprising six high-end apartments, designed to take full advantage of panoramic Brisbane city views.
Choosing Dorado for this milestone development meant partnering with a funder they already knew and trusted. In turn, we backed their vision, their capability, and the strength of the consultant team they assembled to deliver it.
With first mortgage funding from Dorado, the project has transitioned swiftly from approval to ex*****on:
