This was a little sentence that the amazing Mark from mentioned in passing during our Yoga Nidra and Pranayama intensive last week.
And the words have been ringing in my ears ever since.

No matter what perspective you take, there will always be things labelled as problems in the world. And all we can do is play our part, no matter how small you think it may be ♥️

🌻 do no harm
🌻 treat others as you wish to be treated
🌻 let go of what is no longer meant for you
🌻 always choose kindness
🌻 think before you act
