Exciting news for Ellenbrook! 🏡👏 Five new homes have been completed for social housing in the north-eastern Perth suburb, due to be connected to Metronet with the opening of the new train line later this year.

The new three bedroom, one-bathroom, and four bedroom, two-bathroom homes have been built to silver Liveable Homes standard – one by Eco Homes Group and four by First Homebuilders – and are now in the process of being offered to applicants from the public housing wait list.

Since our record $3.2 billion investment in social housing and homelessness measures, we’ve added more than 2,300 social homes, with more than 1,000 social homes currently under contract or construction, throughout Western Australia.
