After spending over 20 years in the consumer markets, I made the decision to follow my dream and started my true journey in 2018 to pursue a Graduate Diploma of Counseling which was completed in 2019. I’m a self-motivated, creative person who achieved her Diploma of Counselling, since then I have created two groups on Facebook 2018 for Mental Health one for Men and the other for all types of people of all different ages, cultures, sexual identities, transgender, providing them with information and referrals for help with Grief, Depression, Anxiety, Depression, Domestic Violence, and Mental health over the last 4 years. My journey in life has exposed me to various cultures, and a multitude of people's circumstances, life changes and decisions that we all make in life including that of gender, and of course culture. My goal is to meld the wisdom gained from past experiences into a supportive, caring, and compassionate counsellor for those who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, and End of Life decisions. These groups are the groups I created on Facebook which are designed to be used in the future with my own business ideas - both are organic
3 wishes, which mean Live Life to the fullest, Love what you do and of course, Life is too short for anything less, this Group was created for all types of people non-gender specific, non-judgemental, a safe place for all to enjoy, this group is for information for anyone to search for or even request from myself and those that I have added as moderators and admins. (refer to the files saved on this site are for all Mental Health help or even contacts for all to use. (this group was designed and is still pending to be actioned as a non-profit charity for the future)
The Man Cave - Men’s Mental Health group, this group is specifically for men, supporting them, giving helpful information on this site, this is moderated by proven individuals that are inspiring in everyday life, this organisation is designed for all ages, and very similar to 3 wishes except my idea is for a future Male and Women counsellors to run this business, which is being built by its visual content and it that it will be run by a group of like-minded individuals to help with Men’s Mental health for the future.
