Every Tuesday, something special happens on Ward 1A.

For 15 minutes, a parent or carer can step away from the stress, the hospital room, the endless appointments and the constant worry to receive a complimentary remedial massage.

No forms. No expectations. Just a moment to relax, recharge and remember to care for themselves too.

When your child is fighting cancer, self-care is often the first thing to disappear. Yet carers are carrying an enormous physical and emotional load every single day.

Our massage program is one of the most loved services we provide, because sometimes the greatest gift isn't a grand gesture—it's simply the chance to take a breath.
