I’m Ayub, the founder of Flexi Support Care — a proud NDIS registered provider here in WA.

I started my journey in the NDIS nearly 5 years ago as a support worker, and it’s been one of the best decisions of my life. After seeing too many providers lose touch with the people they’re meant to serve, I founded Flexi Support Care to bring things back to what really matters — people, connection, and compassion.

Today, we’re proud to provide person-centred, culturally responsive care across WA, with a team that speaks English, Swahili, and French — and always puts participants first 💙

We’re currently open to new participants and also have over 12 SDA/SIL properties available across Baldivis, Gosnells, Mandurah, Nollamara & Coogee 🏡
