The power of mentoring!
Our 2025 mentoring program brought together 68 First Nations women from across the country, supporting 34 mentoring relationships grounded in connection, guidance and shared experience.

The results speak for themselves, our survey respondents told us:
✨ 100% would recommend the program
✨ 92% felt more confident to pursue new career opportunities or progression
✨ 75% developed healthier routines and goal setting practices

But beyond the numbers, it’s the stories that matter.

Women shared how mentoring helped them build confidence, gain clarity, ask for promotions, return to work, and back themselves in ways they hadn’t before.

This program wouldn’t be possible without the support of:
Indigenous Business Australia whose funding helped us pilot the program in 2023
100 Women whose grant in 2025 enabled us to continue and strengthen the model.
We’re continuing to grow the program in 2026 and are always looking for more participants.
Right now, we have an incredible group of mentors ready to go, and we’re especially looking for more mentees to join.
Find out more or register your interest via the link in our bio or head to: https://emberconnect.com.au/mentoring/
And if this opportunity isn’t for you, please share it with your networks, it could make a real difference for someone else.

Let’s keep backing each other!
