To take responsibility or to blame?

It takes two to tango.. the aspect we can work on is our portion.

Do we live above or below the line with that behaviour.

Above the line is to take responsibility for your element, your fear, response, choices and behaviour. Be vulnerable and take ownership of your own moves and choices and voice them from a place of love with out ego.

Hanging out below the line is a place of blame, being the victim, isolating the issues to be the cause of another person or situation. Staying stuck in that reality creates a closed environment.

Clear loving resolution starts with above the line behaviour no matter how much someone has pi**ed you off.

This doesn’t mean lowering the boundaries that keep you safe, happy or loving your ideal life. Simply means seeing our part and owning it.

The above and below the line philosophy is not isolated to relationships and communication. It’s dynamic in daily personal choice.

Is the choice we make at this moment with food, internal dialogue, health, work and career moves.. you name it still uses the above and below the line philosophy as a great way for personal growth and life clarity.

Ever wondered why a certain character trait or behaviour really pi**es you off or sets off your judgement.

It’s that old mirror philosophy of our judgment being a reflection of our own insecurities.

Everyone’s behaviour is based off of their story and life events, it has no reflection on us as individuals. However when we start to judge that, it’s from our life events.

Finding your inner judgey Mac judge face is the opportunity to self power healing that is deep and life giving.

*Identify what you are judging.

*How does that make you feel or would you feel if that was you.

*Acknowledge those feelings and find your own truth around that insecurity.

A lot of the time the insecurity is a childhood program or wound that drives the thought, judgement or behaviour.

How good is it that’s schools back?

Routine
Less scramble for babysitters
Reduced parenting guilt
Better work focus
Less snack bitching duties
More adult conversations..

?Ever felt like any of these?

Even the school holiday lover in me finds the routine of term and ability to focus on work a life relief.

Scary part is a 2 weeks school holidays break is 2/3 of habit forming time and our habits of good lunch choices, less snacks, routines exercise, happy thoughts, calm parenting and all the rest are rocked and sometimes thrown off program.

The me time and self prioritising takes a back seat and bam… here we are having to reset.
