While initially it made me proud, and a little bit terrified of her world domination capability, this discussion with our youngest is also some pretty solid business advice.

To set the scene, about a week ago, this 4 foot tall ball of sass and cuteness came into the office and proudly proclaimed, "Dad, I'm going to Worlds (basically the Olympics of Cheerleading) in 3 years". My response was measured, not wanting to crush dreams or give false hope, because it's a mighty big dream/goal: "That's a big goal kiddo, how are you getting there?"
"I think I'll need a plan on how to get better, and then it's going to take hard work and training"
And just like that, Daddy realised he's going to need to start a Worlds Expenses account.
