We are looking for an outstanding person who is interested in computers, loves dealing with people and wants to learn!. No prior experience necessary - but must have a passion and interest in the things listed here!

The role may involve everything from sales (customer facing retail), social media activities (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), advertising (Google Adwords/Facebook), and limited technical work (simple upgrades/repairs and technical support). The ideal person is someone who is not only keen to learn but who can seek out answers on their own when needed (trial and error as well as self-initiated research).

We have a retail store in Balcatta where we focus on selling new and refurbished computers, parts, and services with a popular focus on gaming PCs.

The ideal person will be:

- interested in computers and technology
- comfortable dealing with customers (both the good and the bad)
- interested in and understand social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- able to explain complex terms in simple language
- able to research unfamiliar practices and learn through trial and error
- comfortable undertaking simple technical tasks (with supervision/guidance)
- responsible (able to handle cash, financial transactions, handle high value stock items)
- reliable (able to open the store at scheduled times when other staff are unavailable)
- available during our business hours (Monday to Sunday) - staff typically work up to 5 days a week on regular scheduled days
- licensed to drive (deliveries and/or collections may be necessary from time-to-time).

While the job is initially part-time it is expected that it will grow into a full-time position within 6-12 months depending on the success of the person and the role.
