Faith In Balance

what an amazing and intricate piece of machinery it is. It is mind-blowing how each of our systems works in perfect harmony with each other to provide what we know of as LIFE. I have been providing remedial massage services to people for over 15 years and it has been very rewarding and worthwhile. In the last few years, I have learned about the (very complicated) brain, and the mind. The brain/body connection was something I understood on a physical level, but to add in the mind and how what we think can affect our lives in a mental, emotional AND physical way has taken my learning and understanding to another level. The basic principles of what I have learned is that EVERYTHING in our life/world is ENERGY and we can effect that energy, predominantly, by what we think and feel. Obviously, it's not as simple as thinking a thought and everything changes, like Samantha in Bewitched, but by learning how it works, harnessing your mind and connecting to your body's memory, continuing this for a time, with pure intention, it is 100% possible. This is a very hot topic in scientific and spiritual circles today and it is fascinating and extremely exciting. I have experienced physical, mental and emotional trauma and somehow managed to still get on with life. I've managed a business, been a solo parent to an only child (Son, now 25), been knocked down more times than I care to remember and somehow stayed compassionate and kind. A lot of people are literally living in survival mode, and they have no idea of it. Our society/world has led us to a place where wanting/having more is the answer to your happiness. For many, life is either fast paced and exhausting or uninspired and meaningless and a lot of people have very little time to sit back and assess what they really want. I am a living example of how to turn the ship around and I will be sharing my story in the coming days, weeks, months and years. My mission is to reach as many people as possible. To help change the lives of others and help them change others' lives too. Each person taking one step in the right direction and humanity and the Earth could be put back into balance in 1 generation. I think we have a lot of work to do, but I BELIEVE 100% it is possible, and I am excited to be a part of THIS miracle. Actually, I believe I AM part of the miracle called LIFE. SO ARE YOU !!!
