One of the best parts of my job as a Pilates teacher is meeting extraordinary people! So thrilled to see my gorgeous client Cally Nelson at her first art exhibition, “Branch, Bird and Body” today at the Kent Street Gallery in East Victoria Park. It was full of colour & vibrancy just like her.

Keep doing Pilates… whilst I’ve made some subtle changes to my practise over the last 10 years, essentially it’s the same and it’s still serving me very well 🙏
