𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐞: Transactions dipped slightly by 4.6% week-on-week to 687 total sales, with house sales easing 1% and unit sales down 12.8%. This is a notable drop compared to the same time last year, when 979 properties were sold, highlighting just how tight the market has become.

𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬: Great news if you're house hunting, total properties for sale jumped 5.8% last week to 5,088! That's up nearly 12% compared to this time last year.

𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐬: Perth (13), Yanchep (12), and Armadale (11) led the pack for transactions.
