During the Reiki

Frequently I practice Reiki in a peaceful room, but it can be carried out anywhere. You will lie on a table, fully clothed. There may be music and candles, but it isn‘t necessary - depending on your preference.
I’ll place my hands lightly on or over specific areas of your head, limbs, and torso, for a few minutes.
While I hold my hands lightly on or over your body, the transfer of energy takes place. During this time, my hand may be really warm. Each hand position I held until I sense that the energy has stopped flowing then I may place them over a different area of your body.
